Optigen research into Optic Nerve Hypoplasia, Micropapilla or Inherited Cataracts

about some research that Optigen in the US are carrying out in Toy and Miniature Poodles around Optic Nerve Hypoplasia, Micropapilla or Inherited Cataracts. From the little I have read sounds like its pretty common in Toy and Mini Poodles, this has really shocked me as thankfully we have not come across it before. Definitely need to do some reading and understand the conditions and how this works genetically here and see what we and all poodle breeders can do to support. The more research we can do, then these diseases will hopefully become a thing of the past! We have to equip ourself with every bit of learning and knowledge we can.
